Yes, the space is available for private events! 


Our gorgeous garden has been landscaped for summer 2017 and is now open!  To have our garden be extra welcoming and available to all Sycamore guests, reservations will not be taken from May 1st through the summer.  So, come on over as tables are available on a first-come basis!  The more the merrier.

Please note: Due to safety and limited space, strollers are not permitted in the bar and garden area, please!


The space is available to be booked for private events everyday from 11 AM to 4 PM. 

To rent the space, there is a fee (below). In addition to this fee, there are staffing fees + bar packages

For evening rent-outs, we negotiate on a case-by-case basis. Send us an e-mail at

BAR (in winter months when the garden is closed for the season)

  • Capacity: 50 to 60 people
  • 2.5 hour rental (11 AM to 1:30 PM): $1,000.00
  • 5 hour rental (11 AM to 4 PM): $1,500.00

THE LODGE (winter only)

  • Capacity: 20 to 40 people
  • Pricing:
    Sunday - Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM: $1000
    Friday & Saturday from 6 PM to midnight: $1500
  • Food Vendors:
    Handled on a case-by-case basis. We have a roster of vendors who have done pop-ups at Sycamore. Other / outside catering is also an option.  


  • Capacity: 60 - 80 people
  • 2.5 Hour Rental (11 AM to 1:30 PM): $1,000
  • 5 Hour Rental (11 AM to 4 PM): $1,500


  • Capacity: 85 - 100 people
  • 2.5 Hour Rental (11 AM to 1:30 PM): $1,500
  • 5 Hour Rental (11 AM to 4 PM): $2,500

NOTE: To take over the flower shop, there is an additional fee:

  • Monday to Friday: $350
  • Saturday and Sunday: $500

Our backyard is partially uncovered. Of course, we cannot guarantee clear skies on the day of your event. We can recommend a tent rental company and we relinquish the responsibility of reserving and making a final decision about a tent to you.


We welcome catering companies. We have a walk-in refrigerator and space for catering storage and set-up in our basement. We work with a group of food vendors too. 


Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the space and are removable. The renter is responsible for the set up and break down of such equipment. No confetti in the garden, please.
